The Police Department in Saint Petersburg learns that an extremely dangerous criminal nicknamed Soloist who always acts alone and leaves no evidence arrived in the city to allegedly launder the counterfeit money. They work out a plan to apprehend him. During the chase an officer is gunned down. His partner committed to avenge his death gets into collaboration with a successful businessman who is eager to settle his own score with the notorious Soloist. After detectives manage to obtain Soloist’s fingerprints they are able to link him to the most heinous unsolved high-profile cases in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Now they are convinced the criminal plans assassination of a high ranking official. Will the cops be able to catch the invincible Soloist and prevent yet another tragedy?
