A group of criminals slip some drugs into the bag of an unfortunate passer-by. They are unaware of the fact that he will subsequently fly to the wrong airport, landing in Tokyo instead of Vancouver. Here he is forced to change disguises lots of times in order to escape from his relentless pursuers.
